This project has two facets: an update of the text of the code and a corresponding update to the zoning map, which shows where the new zones were applied. All comments provided will be sent directly to the Planning Commission, Zoning & Platting Commission, and City Council for their review and consideration. You can type an address to jump directly to a specific location. To see the zoning category for a given property, click on the location in either map to compare. To leave a comment, click either map where you want to leave a comment and enter your comment in the box below the map. You can continue to add new comments by clicking and submitting the form again. This map was updated on April 20, 2018, as part of the release of the CodeNEXT Staff Recommendation Draft 3. Updated parcels are highlighted with a green outline. Title 25 will remain in effect for properties in unique, specially-negotiated districts, such as Planned Unit Developments and Neighborhood Conservation Combining Districts, as well as a defined subset of Conditional Overlays.
